A real estate team in Abu Dhabi is seeking a driven and motivated Sales Representative.
Responsibilities
- Connect with potential clients and manage incoming sales leads.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties.
- Arrange and conduct property viewings and follow up regularly with prospects and clients.
- Build long-term relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants.
- Negotiate offers and support the team in closing property transactions.
- Work toward monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Keep up with new projects, property listings, and market opportunities.
Requirements
- Previous experience in sales or real estate is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; strong negotiation and customer service abilities.
- Self-motivated, confident, and results-oriented.
- Good English communication skills.
- Arabic-speaking candidates are an advantage.
- UAE real estate experience is a plus.
Compensation
- The posting lists AED 3,000 plus commission and a pay range of AED 3,000–5,000 per month.
