Seeking an ambitious, motivated Arabic-speaking Real Estate Sales Representative to join the team in Abu Dhabi.
Responsibilities
- Handle property sales and leasing inquiries and follow up with leads, buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants.
- Conduct viewings and present suitable properties; build client relationships and generate new business.
- Negotiate offers, assist with closing transactions, and achieve monthly sales targets through regular follow-up.
- Stay updated on Abu Dhabi and UAE real estate projects and market trends.
Candidate requirements
- Fluent Arabic is required; good English communication skills are sought.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills; confident, proactive, and target-driven.
- Prior real estate or sales experience is preferred; UAE real estate experience is an advantage.
- A UAE driving license is a plus.
Compensation
- Pay starts at AED 3,000 per month, plus commission.
