The employer is seeking customer-focused representatives to assist customers, handle inquiries, resolve complaints, and support a positive customer experience.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers professionally and courteously.
- Respond to inquiries by phone, email, WhatsApp, and in person.
- Handle complaints and provide appropriate solutions.
- Share accurate information about products, services, prices, and company policies.
- Process customer requests, orders, bookings, or payments as needed.
- Follow up to ensure customer issues are resolved.
- Maintain customer records and coordinate with other departments to resolve concerns.
- Maintain customer service standards and perform other assigned customer service duties.
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, reception, or a similar role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good English communication skills; additional languages are an advantage.
- Basic computer and Microsoft Office skills.
- Ability to handle customers professionally, including difficult situations.
- Positive attitude, patience, willingness to help, organization, responsibility, and teamwork.
- Availability for flexible hours, weekends, or shifts when required.
Pay
- Pay starts at QAR 3,500 per month.
Work location
- Work is in person.
