Job Title: Arabic Native-Speaking English Language Trainer (Part-Time)

Job Summary

DIGI Training and Development Institution in Dubai is seeking a qualified and enthusiastic Arabic Native-Speaking English Language Trainer to join our academic team.

The ideal candidate will have experience teaching English to Arabic-speaking learners and be able to deliver engaging, practical, and learner-centered lessons for teenagers and adults.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver English language training courses for students and professionals.
  • Teach General English, Business English, and IELTS preparation courses.
  • Assess students' language proficiency and learning needs.
  • Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, assignments, and assessments.
  • Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.
  • Create an interactive and supportive classroom environment.
  • Adapt teaching methods to suit different learning styles and proficiency levels.

Requirements

  • Native Arabic speaker with excellent English language proficiency.
  • Minimum 2 years of English language teaching experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in English, Education, Linguistics, TESOL, or a related field.
  • Strong classroom management and communication skills.
  • Experience teaching adult learners and teenagers.
  • Must be based in Dubai.
  • KHDA approval is an advantage (or willingness to apply).

Preferred Qualifications

  • CELTA, DELTA, TESOL, TEFL, or equivalent teaching qualification.
  • Experience teaching IELTS preparation courses.
  • Experience in corporate English training.
  • Familiarity with modern teaching technologies and online learning platforms.
