Job Title: Part-Time In-Person Animation & Character Animation Trainer (Adobe Animate CC)
Job Summary
DG Training & Development Institution is seeking a highly experienced Animation Trainer to deliver practical, hands-on classroom training in Adobe Animate CC, Character Animation, and Interactive Animation Development.
This role is ideal for an industry professional who teaches through live demonstrations and real-world projects rather than theory.
The trainer must be capable of showing students exactly how professional animations are created, from concept to final output, while sharing actual portfolio work and industry experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver in-person training sessions at our Dubai training center.
- Teach Adobe Animate CC and character animation using a practical, step-by-step approach.
- Demonstrate real animation projects and explain the complete production workflow.
- Teach character rigging, lip-syncing, walk cycles, facial expressions, and motion techniques.
- Introduce basic coding concepts used in interactive animation projects.
- Guide students through hands-on exercises and portfolio projects.
- Review student work and provide detailed practical feedback.
- Share industry best practices and professional production techniques.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in animation or related fields.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Animate CC.
- Strong experience in 2D Character Animation.
- Knowledge of JavaScript, ActionScript, HTML5 Canvas, or related technologies.
- Previous teaching or training experience is preferred.
- Ability to present a portfolio of completed animation projects.
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
Ideal Candidate
We are looking for a trainer who can genuinely show students how professional animation is produced, not simply explain concepts.
The successful candidate should have a strong portfolio, extensive practical experience, and the ability to teach through live demonstrations, real projects, and industry-based workflows.
