Job Summary
We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented **Junior Accountant** to join our finance team.
This role is ideal for an aspiring accounting professional looking to gain hands-on experience and contribute to our financial integrity through accurate record-keeping and efficient transaction processing.
Key Responsibilities
**-** Accurately process invoices and bills (AP/AR).
**-** Maintain comprehensive financial records and documentation.
**-** Assist in preparing various financial reports.
**-** Support account reconciliation activities.
**-** Manage and reconcile inventory records.
**-** Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications
**Nationality:** Must be of **Arabic nationality**.
**Education:** Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
**Experience:** 2-4 years of experience in an accounting role, fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Technical Skills
- ***** Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced skills in Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
- Familiarity with accounting software; experience with **Odoo** is a significant advantage.
- Experience with inventory management systems and procedures.
Core Competencies
***** Solid understanding of fundamental accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and practices.
***** Exceptional meticulousness and accuracy are paramount for maintaining data integrity.
***** Strong ability to work with numbers, analyze financial data, and identify discrepancies.
***** Excellent capabilities in organizing tasks, managing priorities, and maintaining well-structured financial records.
***** Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively as part of a team, with good communication skills.
