Job Summary
We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented **Junior Accountant** to join our finance team.
The successful candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, and supporting the overall financial operations of the company.

Key Responsibilities
**Data Entry & Processing:** Accurately post and process invoices and bills, and update financial data in accounts payable and receivable modules to ensure readiness for reporting.
**Record Keeping:** Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date financial records, including systematic filing and archiving of all financial documents.
**Financial Reporting Support:** Assist in the preparation of various financial reports by ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
**Reconciliation:** Support reconciliation activities for various accounts as required.
**Compliance:** Ensure all financial transactions comply with company policies and accounting standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications
**Nationality:** Must be of **Arabic nationality**.
**Education:** Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
**Experience:** 2-4 years of experience in an accounting role, fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Technical Proficiency
- ***** Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced skills in Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
- Familiarity with accounting software; experience with **Odoo** is a significantadvantage.
- **Accounting Knowledge:** Solid understanding of fundamental accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and practices.
- **Attention to Detail:** Exceptional meticulousness and accuracy are paramount for maintaining data integrity.
- **Analytical Skills:** Strong ability to work with numbers, analyze financial data, and identify discrepancies.
- **Organizational Skills:** Excellent capabilities in organizing tasks, managing priorities, and maintaining well-structured financial records.
- **Teamwork & Communication:** Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively as part of a team, with good communication skills.
