Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Answer phone calls efficiently and accurately applying the Bedashing telephone etiquettes & call handling system.
• Obtains client information by answering telephone calls; interviewing clients; verifying information and reconfirming their requests.
• Sells additional services by recognizing opportunities to up-sell treatments; explaining new services.
• Maintains call centre database by entering information.
• Reconfirms all client appointments for the day.
• Manage the computer booking system efficiently and ensure communication is accurate
• Maximizes the booking system by minimizing the gaps between each booking. Supports inachieving the target of each branch.
• Informs clients by explaining procedures (children policy, arrival policy etc.); answering questions;providing information.
• Informs the guests of their treat card points accumulation during each call, and offers treatments based on it.
• Understands the customer, builds strong collaborative customer relationships and builds customer trust and confidence.
• Actively promote Bedashing services and retail, on the phone.
• Works towards team targets and show initiatives in achieving them.
• Assist team leader with assignments/ task for completion.
• Have full knowledge of call centre SOPs.
• Maintains and improves quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines; recommending improved procedures.
• Helps in performing the closing reports for the day and daily updates and ensuring they are accurately administered and completed.
• Updates job knowledge by studying new product descriptions; participating in training
• opportunities.
• Keeps equipment operational by following established procedures; reporting malfunctions.
• Enhances Bedashing Beauty Lounge reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

Experience

• Call Center: 2 years (Preferred)
