Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

• **Data Flow Analysis:**
• Analyze existing data flows related to job seeker retraining programs and job matching services.
• Identify areas for improvement in data collection, processing, and reporting.
• **Process Documentation:**
• Document all business processes that generate or utilize data, including workflows, data dependencies, and touchpoints across departments.
• **Technical Architecture Understanding:**
• Understand the technical architecture underlying data generation and management, providing insights on how the architecture supports business processes and data flows.
• **Controls and Access Management:**
• Develop and document access control policies and procedures to ensure data security and compliance, identifying any gaps in current processes.
• **Data Quality Improvement:**
• Implement strategies and initiatives to uplift data quality, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and completeness in all datasets used across the organization.
• Collaborate with relevant teams to define and enforce data quality standards and metrics.
• **Process Improvements:**
• Collaborate with stakeholders to suggest improvements to existing processes, ensuring data is accurate, timely, and effectively used for reporting and decision-making.
• **Project Management:**
• Assist in managing this project.
