About This Role

Role Summary

We are hiring a results-driven Arabic-English bilingual Sales Executive responsible for qualifying leads, setting meetings, and closing clients.

The role focuses on converting prospects into paying customers and achieving monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contact and qualify inbound and outbound leads (calls, email, WhatsApp, LinkedIn).
  • Schedule qualified meetings with decision-makers.
  • Present company services confidently in Arabic and English.
  • Follow up on proposals and close deals.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records.
  • Achieve monthly meeting and revenue targets.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of sales or business development experience.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
  • Experience in B2B or service-based sales preferred.
  • Target-oriented with proven closing ability.
