Apprentice- Product Management

Role overview

Product discovery and development

• Research customer problems across contact center domains and analyze market trends in CCaaS, AI in customer experience, cloud communications, and SaaS.
• Support product vision, value propositions, and roadmap priorities; contribute to AI-enabled product requirements and customer use cases.
• Work with AI/ML teams on speech-to-text, NLP, LLMs, conversation intelligence, automation, and predictive analytics features.

Requirements and delivery

• Create product requirement documents, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Work with engineering teams on Agile/Scrum sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release execution; participate in demos, UAT coordination, and release readiness.
• Support CRM, CPaaS, and enterprise ecosystem integrations; join customer calls, usability sessions, and beta programs to collect feedback.
• Help prepare product documentation, internal enablement, and launch materials.

Platform exposure

• Exposure includes cloud-native, multi-tenant SaaS architectures, APIs, microservices, security, and scalability concepts.
• Products span AI-powered voice, digital, analytics, automation, workforce management, and integrations; Salesforce is an example CRM platform.

Eligibility and qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline.
• Strong interest in Product Management, SaaS platforms, AI technologies, and cloud computing.
• Basic understanding of software development concepts, APIs, and web technologies.
• Familiarity with Agile development practices is a plus.
• Desired attributes include analytical problem-solving, communication, structured thinking, curiosity about AI and data platforms, cross-functional collaboration, and a bias for action and learning.

Workplace and schedule

• Hybrid role requiring three days per week in the office.
