Role overview

Develop efficient deep-learning and generative AI algorithms and conceive innovative AI-centric models.

Work with product development teams to apply emerging technologies across diverse applications.

Responsibilities

  • Design, analyze, and optimize foundational and applied AI research, algorithms, and model capabilities.
  • Work with complex datasets and emerging research to develop innovative models for real-world scenarios.
  • Integrate text, audio, and visual modalities to improve AI interpretation of human interactions.
  • Collaborate across research and engineering teams to improve algorithm efficiency, reliability, and scalability.
  • Integrate models into products and conduct proofs of concept for client needs.
  • Identify opportunities for AI to improve customer business efficiency and support business development with technical pre-sales and post-sales work.
  • Apply research across computer vision, natural language processing, audio processing, and practical industry use cases.

Qualifications

  • M.Sc. or Ph.D. in computer science, engineering, or an AI-related field.
  • At least 6 years developing AI algorithms for various modalities.
  • Track record in high-level research, preferably shown through peer-reviewed publications or product-driven R&D.
  • Specialization in computer vision, natural language processing, or speech and audio is highly desirable.
  • Curiosity, problem-solving ability, knowledge of AI and machine-learning developments, and excellent communication are desirable attributes.
