Role overview

Strategic leadership and architecture

• Define AI strategy and prioritize opportunities that deliver business value.
• Architect scalable, high-performance AI and multi-agent systems with secure context management and interoperability.
• Design A2A coordination and hybrid architectures spanning cloud, edge, and on-premise deployments.
• Ensure scalability, modularity, observability, security, and governance across federated infrastructures.
• Evaluate and adopt AI technologies and frameworks.

Project and technical leadership

• Oversee AI projects from conceptualization through deployment and optimization, managing timelines, resources, and budgets.
• Lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with product management, data science, and engineering.
• Guide AI model development, deployment, maintenance, and MLOps practices.
• Partner with leadership to communicate initiative value and impact.
• Track research and trends, foster team learning, and collaborate with global partners on MCP standards and interoperability.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years in AI/ML solution design and development, with a record of delivering impactful solutions.
• Experience leading large-scale AI projects and cross-functional teams.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP, AI services, and hybrid deployments with on-premise GPU environments.
• Strong programming skills in Python, Rust, or Java; expertise in machine learning, NLP, computer vision, and deep learning.
• Proficiency with TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, or Semantic Kernel.
• Understanding of data engineering, ETL, Spark, Ray, or Kafka, and integration of structured and unstructured data pipelines.
• Experience with MLOps and production model deployment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
