What you'll do
- Own day-to-day performance and stability of Odoo ERP and related business applications.
- Troubleshoot operational application issues and coordinate fixes with technology teams and integrators.
- Analyze back-end data for flow and accuracy issues and recommend improvements.
- Liaise between manufacturing operations and Technology; prioritize fixes, issues, and enhancements.
- Gather shop-floor requirements and translate pain points into technical specifications.
- Monitor operational and system metrics, test changes, communicate status, and maintain application documentation.
- Train floor staff on system use and support application documentation for operational processes.
What you bring
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- 5+ years supporting, administering, or implementing ERP systems in a manufacturing environment.
- Odoo experience is strongly preferred.
- Strong troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, data investigation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience as a product owner, business analyst, or similar liaison between operations and technical teams.
- Comfort working on the shop floor and flexibility to manage varied responsibilities.
Bonus qualifications
- Hands-on Odoo implementation, configuration, or support, or other manufacturing application experience is a bonus.
- Power BI or similar reporting tools are a bonus.
- Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar backlog and ticketing tools are a bonus.
Compensation
- Expected base salary range is $85,000 to $130,000; actual pay may vary based on job-related qualifications.
Workplace
- The role includes time on the manufacturing shop floor to observe cabinet workflows.
