Responsibilities
- Own Odoo ERP and related application performance and stability; troubleshoot issues and coordinate fixes.
- Analyze application data and identify data-flow and accuracy improvements.
- Manage the operations-technology backlog; gather shop-floor requirements and create technical specifications.
- Monitor system metrics, test fixes and enhancements, and communicate progress to stakeholders.
- Maintain application and process documentation and train floor staff on system use.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years supporting, administering, or implementing ERP systems in manufacturing; Odoo is strongly preferred.
- Strong troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, back-end data investigation, and recommendation skills.
- Experience in product ownership, business analysis, or a similar operations-technology liaison role.
- Strong communication and stakeholder skills; comfortable working on the shop floor.
Bonus qualifications
- Hands-on experience implementing, configuring, or supporting Odoo or other manufacturing applications.
- Familiarity with Power BI or similar visualization and reporting tools.
- Experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar backlog and ticketing tools.
Compensation and employment
- Employment is listed as full-time and contract in the description.
- Expected base salary range is $85,000–$130,000 per year.
