Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Electrical & Electronic Engineering or related field and 6 years of progressively responsible, post-baccalaureate experience as a Technology Business Analyst, Technology Lead Analyst, Associate Architect-Technology or related position overseeing the full software development lifecycle. 6 years of experience must include: Software Design & Re-engineering (Oracle, SQL, Unix, MicroStrategy, Tableau and Technical business analyst); Implement scalable and fault tolerant data pipelines for contract information though Regulatory reportings, Computer Organization, and Embedded Systems; Regulatory Reporting Systems Management (Insight, BASELIII, FFIEC,FRB,SEC Forms); Lead and guide SCRUM team, conduct code reviews, provide technical training and prepare specifications; Performance Optimization (SQL, Data Structures, Computer Programming, Optimization Techniques); and Technical Analysis & Communication (Analysis, Estimation, Walkthroughs, Project seminars).
