Applications Development Analyst, WFM

Role summary

Key responsibilities

• Configure and maintain UKG Pro and Zebra Workcloud modules, including Timekeeper, Attendance, Accruals, and devices.
• Monitor employee import integrations and point-of-sale systems.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into system configurations.
• Manage payroll processing, audits, and compliance activities.
• Troubleshoot system issues and resolve them in a timely manner.
• Generate and customize reports using UKG Pro reporting tools.
• Perform data migration, validation, and user acceptance testing.
• Maintain data security and compliance with HR regulations.

Required skills and experience

• At least 4 years of experience working with UKG Pro, Zebra Workcloud, Reflexis, or HRIS systems.
• Experience in implementation, configuration, and support environments.
• Strong knowledge of WFM or HRIS systems covering HR, payroll, or benefits.
• Knowledge of payroll processing and compliance.
• Understanding of APIs, integrations, and data mapping.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, business, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; good communication and stakeholder management.

Preferred skills and qualifications

• Dell Boomi knowledge is preferred; Google BigQuery and Power BI knowledge is preferred.
• SQL knowledge is preferred.
• UKG Pro certification is preferred but not mandatory.
• Experience with UKG Workforce Central, Dell Boomi, or Google Data Hub is a nice-to-have.
• Knowledge of global payroll or multi-country implementations is a nice-to-have.
