Your tasks
Build lasting customer relationships across the Mid-Atlantic region by providing responsive, high-quality pre- and post-sales technical support for RF test and measurement instruments and applications
Collaborate closely with Application Engineers and Account Managers across the region to align on customer needs and deliver coordinated, high-impact technical and sales support
Develop and deliver compelling product demonstrations and proof-of-concept solutions customized to customer applications
Provide customer engineering teams with hands-on training, application guides, and on-site support tailored to their specific tools, workflows, and measurement challenges
Partner with R&D and product teams to relay customer insights from the field and help drive product roadmap decisions that reflect real-world application needs

Your qualifications
- Have a strong background in electrical engineering or related field. BSEE or similar degree preferred.
- Knowledge of advanced RF & Microwave systems with fluency in test and measurement instrumentation (Spectrum Analyzers, Signal Generators, Oscilloscopes, Vector Network Analyzers) and their applications.
- 5+ years with hands-on experience in test and evaluation or design of RF & Microwave components and systems
- Programming experience (Python, MATLAB, LabVIEW, etc)
- Strong communication skills — able to translate complex technical concepts for both engineering and management audiences
- Ability to proactively take ownership of difficult problems and collaboratively work to develop solutions
- Ability to travel 25% primarily within the region, with occasional US & international travel
- In order to be considered, candidates must reside in the US and be a US citizen
