Application Development & Support Senior Analyst

Role Overview

Core Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain custom Oracle EBS R12.x solutions.
• Create and modify forms, reports, interfaces, and custom extensions using Oracle tools, PL/SQL, and SQL.
• Configure Item Master, BOM, Inventory, and Order Management modules.
• Troubleshoot production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and manage Oracle Service Requests.
• Work with business analysts and functional teams to convert business needs into technical solutions.
• Perform integration testing, support UAT, and participate in upgrades, patching, and performance tuning.
• Create technical documentation, user guides, and workflow configurations.
• Lead or support NPDI transformation steering committees and user groups.

Required Qualifications

• Proficiency in data analysis, visualization, and reporting tools.
• Strong Microsoft Office and Excel skills.
• Experience and deep knowledge of Oracle EBS R12.x Supply Chain modules.
• Strong SQL skills, including optimization of large and complex statements.
• Knowledge of modern database systems and ERP, CPQ, and PLM application concepts and interfaces.
• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Information Systems or Computer Science.
• At least 4 years of relevant experience.
• Strong business analysis, communication, multitasking, independent working, and collaboration skills.
• Familiarity with process design, design thinking, process re-engineering, lean, or value stream mapping.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with other Oracle products, such as Oracle CX Sales, is preferred.
• Familiarity with Data Warehouse or Data Lake solutions is preferred.

• Occasional off-hours support may be required for critical issues and deployments.
