The description seeks a Senior Technical Lead to lead technical delivery for enterprise integration squad assignments.
The role owns integration solutions, mentors team members, and works with architects, developers, product owners, and business stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Lead squad technical delivery and own integration solutions.
- Design, develop, and maintain integrations using IBM ACE and IBM IIB.
- Implement integration patterns, APIs, messaging, data transformations, and event-driven architectures.
- Support testing, deployment, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement; follow CI/CD practices and development standards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, mentor team members, guide technical decisions, and deliver within agreed timelines.
- Provide support coverage until approximately 7:30–8:00 PM as needed.
Required qualifications
- 6–9 years of total and relevant enterprise integration development experience.
- Senior-level technical leadership and delivery ownership experience, including leading teams or integration squads.
- Strong expertise in IBM ACE and IBM IIB, with deep understanding of enterprise integration architecture and best practices.
- Experience automating deployments and supporting and troubleshooting complex integrations.
- Strong communication, mentoring, and technical decision-making abilities.
- Willingness to provide extended-hours support as needed.
Additional skills
- Backend development in one or more of .NET, Java, Python, Go, or Node.js is nice to have.
Workplace and location
- Work location is in person.
- Listed locations are Bangalore, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Pune, Kochi, and Coimbatore.
- A face-to-face client interview at an IBM location may be required based on account request; day-one reporting is required after onboarding.
