About the role
Before a user ever touches our product, they've already made a judgment — based on what they see in the app store.
That first impression determines whether they download, and whether they trust.
As our global user base continues to grow, we need someone to own that moment systematically: improving how we rank, how we convert, and how we're perceived across every major market.
This isn't a maintenance role.
You'll be designing and building the infrastructure for a scalable, multi-market app store operation — connecting keyword strategy, creative performance, user sentiment, and cross-functional execution into a single cohesive system.
What you'll do
- Take full ownership of ASO across iOS App Store and Google Play — covering keyword strategy, metadata optimisation (titles, subtitles, descriptions), and sustained organic install growth
- Develop and continuously refine keyword coverage spanning brand, category, competitor, and feature-level terms
- Improve store page conversion through iterative testing of screenshots, preview videos, and icons; design and execute A/B experiments using Google Play Experiments and iOS Product Page Optimisation
- Establish a multilingual review management system; dig into negative feedback to identify underlying product and operational issues, and drive measurable improvements in ratings and user sentiment
- Track and report on core performance metrics — impressions, CVR, installs, keyword rankings — using platforms such as Sensor Tower, Data.ai, and Appsflyer
- Monitor how leading players in the exchange space evolve their ASO strategies and translate those observations into actionable opportunities
- Work closely with paid acquisition, product, design, and content teams to ensure organic and paid strategies reinforce each other
- Lead ASO execution across key international markets, with a focus on English, Japanese, Korean, major European languages, and Latin American Spanish/Portuguese
- What we're looking for
- At least 3 years working in ASO or mobile growth, ideally within internet, fintech, or crypto
- Strong working knowledge of how App Store and Google Play ranking systems operate, including platform-specific rules and constraints
- Practical experience with ASO tooling — Sensor Tower, App Annie, Mobile Action, or similar
- Comfortable working with data; familiarity with Appsflyer, Firebase, or Google Analytics is an advantage
- Strong written and spoken English; proficiency in a second language — particularly Japanese, Korean, or Spanish — is a genuine plus
- Degree-level education in marketing, data analytics, computer science, or a related discipline
- Bonus points if you have:
- A track record in crypto, Web3, or fintech app growth
- Experience taking an app from zero to launch, or scaling one to millions of downloads
- Hands-on involvement in creative strategy or visual asset testing
- Experience running ASO across multiple languages or regions simultaneously
