About the role
The app store is the primary touchpoint where users discover, evaluate, and decide whether to trust our product.
As Gate scales globally, we need to systematically improve ratings, page conversion, and multi-market download performance — while maintaining a stable, healthy presence across iOS and Google Play.
This is a long-term builder role.
You'll be building the app store operation from the ground up: from keyword strategy and conversion optimization to multilingual review management and cross-team collaboration.

What you'll do
- Own ASO end-to-end for iOS App Store and Google Play — keyword strategy, metadata optimization (titles, subtitles, descriptions), and organic install growth
- Build and iterate keyword coverage across brand, category, competitor, and feature terms
- Drive conversion rate improvements through screenshot, preview video, and icon testing; run structured A/B experiments via Google Play Experiments and iOS Product Page Optimization
- Build and maintain a multilingual review response system; analyze negative feedback to surface product and ops issues and improve overall ratings and user trust
- Monitor core metrics (impressions, CVR, installs, keyword rankings) using tools like Sensor Tower, Data.ai, and Appsflyer; deliver weekly and monthly reports
- Track ASO strategy changes from top exchanges (Binance, OKX, Bybit, and others) and extract actionable competitive insights
- Collaborate with paid acquisition, product, design, and content teams to align organic and paid growth strategy
- Support multilingual ASO across priority markets including English, Japanese, Korean, European languages, and Latin American Spanish/Portuguese
- What we're looking for
- 3+ years of ASO or mobile growth experience; internet, fintech, or crypto background preferred
- Deep familiarity with App Store and Google Play ranking algorithms and platform policies
- Hands-on experience with ASO tools such as Sensor Tower, App Annie, or Mobile Action
- Strong data analysis skills; experience with Appsflyer, Firebase, or Google Analytics is a plus
- Solid English reading and writing ability; additional languages (Japanese, Korean, Spanish, etc.) are a strong plus
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, data analytics, computer science, or a related field
- Bonus points if you have:
- Exchange, Web3, or crypto app growth experience
- Experience launching an app from 0 to 1, or scaling to millions of downloads
- A background in creative or visual asset optimization
- Multilingual or multi-market campaign experience
