Role responsibilities
- Onboard assigned service providers and act as their primary technical and operational point of contact throughout the onboarding lifecycle.
- Coordinate with external stakeholders, government entities, or service providers.
Experience and skills
- 6 to 8 years of experience in integration, API management, identity management, or enterprise application implementation programs.
- Strong understanding of API-based integrations, SSO, OAuth/OIDC/SAML, and digital identity platforms.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and project coordination skills.
- Experience working in large-scale digital transformation or public-sector programs.
Additional familiarity
- Familiarity with API Gateway technologies and service onboarding processes.
