Responsibilities
- Onboard assigned service providers and act as the primary technical and operational contact throughout the onboarding lifecycle.
Experience and qualifications
- 6–8 years of experience in integration, API management, identity management, or enterprise application implementation programs.
- Arabic-speaking ability is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of API-based integrations, SSO, OAuth, OIDC, SAML, and digital identity platforms.
- Experience coordinating with external stakeholders, government entities, or service providers.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and project coordination skills.
- Experience in large-scale digital transformation or public-sector programs.
- Familiarity with API Gateway technologies and service onboarding processes.
