Monarch Investment & Management Group is seeking skilled Maintenance Technicians to join our team at Vantage Point Apartments located on Rebsamen Park Road in Little Rock.

• $19.00–$21.00/HR DOE
• Up to $3,000 annually in quarterly bonuses
• On-call bonus structure up to $100/week

• Complete service requests quickly and efficiently
• Turn/make-ready apartment units for new residents
• Perform general maintenance: plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances
• Interior/exterior painting and repairs
• Maintain grounds and common areas
• Conduct preventative maintenance
• Keep shop and work areas clean and organized
• Participate in rotating on-call schedule (1 week every 2 weeks)

• 1+ year of apartment or general maintenance experience
• HVAC-Boiler/EPA/CPO certifications preferred
• Working knowledge of: Plumbing (including copper pipe work) Electrical repairs (outlets, fixtures, switches) Appliance repair Carpentry, drywall & painting Water heater systems (gas & electric) Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation required Availability: Monday–Friday, 8AM – 5PM + on-call rotation
