PAY: $18-$21/ HR + Bonus potential up to $400/ month
SCHEDULE: M-F 8-5PM (permanent full-time position)

Of This Position
- Assists PM with posting, collecting, tracking and managing delinquency of rental and other income
- Assist PM with processing all invoices generated by the property
- Consistently attempts to collect “Bad Debt” prior to write offs
- Assist PM with evictions related to no rent payments
- Assists PM with property financial operation reporting
