Role overview

How you'll make a difference

• Influence strategic priorities, investment decisions and the future direction of the ANZ Water business.
• Build client relationships and shape opportunities addressing business and industry challenges.
• Lead digital, data, automation and AI initiatives that improve project delivery and client outcomes.
• Develop and mentor teams and create opportunities for growth, leadership and innovation.
• Build organizational capability through sustainable work practices, skills development and knowledge sharing.
• Connect local teams with regional and global expertise and promote adoption of digital practices and emerging technologies.

Desired qualities and experience

• A strong engineering or consulting background, practical digital, data and AI expertise, and sound commercial judgment are highly desired.
• The employer also seeks analytical communication, people leadership, influencing, adaptability, strategic curiosity and experience balancing capability building with immediate priorities.

Work arrangements
