Role Overview

What You’ll Do

• Own well-scoped modeling tasks following team standards.
• Write SQL and basic dbt models and tests.
• Contribute to BI modeling and semantic-layer development.
• Write clean and documented code using programming best practices.
• Create model READMEs and documentation with clear caveats.
• Support data-quality checks and validation.
• Maintain lineage and catalog entries as directed.
• Work with senior team members to map metrics to business questions.
• Use basic features of Git and version-control software.

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Analytics, or a related field.
• Zero to two years of experience in analytics, BI, or data modeling.
• Coursework or experience in data modeling and statistics.
• Experience with Git and version-control workflows is preferred.
• Healthcare data experience is preferred.
• Proficiency in SQL and basic familiarity with dbt.
• Exposure to cloud data platforms such as Databricks or Snowflake.
• Familiarity with BI modeling fundamentals.
