Analytical Laboratory Technician

Key Responsibilities

• Perform chemical and physical testing on fresh herbs and spices, raw materials, finished goods, and agronomy research samples. Conduct product development testing, including moisture, texture, viscometry, and wet chemistry, to support NPD projects. Provide analytical support to cross ‐ functional teams including Supply Chain, Quality, Agronomy, and Manufacturing. Report analytical data, including raising non ‐ conformances and providing technical advice. Identify and suggest improvements to laboratory methodologies, equipment, workflows, and capability. Contribute to day ‐ to ‐ day laboratory operations, including calibration, reagent preparation, preventative maintenance, cleanliness, and general laboratory resource management. Demonstrates familiarity with GC-MS, HPLC-UV/Vis-FLD, and automated titrator operation and maintenance (advantageous). Has previous experience supporting development of analytical chemistry methodologies (advantageous).
