Role overview

Core responsibilities

• Diagnose issues involving controls, quality assurance, and large-scale deliveries or rollouts; recommend improvements and implementation plans.
• Establish and implement quality assurance strategies for complex business solutions.
• Help clients define needs and analyze data to inform IT solution and best-practice decisions.
• Develop quality assurance execution strategies, define scope, and write procedures and guidelines.
• Analyze risks; write complex reports and test cases; recommend solutions and guide implementation.
• Oversee action plans to address issues and represent the sector in quality assurance discussions.
• Guide work, coordinate across stakeholders, and help resolve complex problems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• At least six years of relevant experience; other combinations of qualifications and experience may be considered.
• Knowledge of French is required.
• The work calls for extensive, in-depth knowledge of the discipline and complex initiatives.
