Supports IT efficiency through design, administration, maintenance, and development of business solutions and infrastructure.
Analyzes complex rollout and upgrade issues and recommends solutions aligned with organizational needs.
Responsibilities
- Define implementation strategies and coach the team on business-solution analysis.
- Help clients assess needs and feasibility, and define functional requirements for IT decisions.
- Develop execution strategies, scopes, procedures, and guidelines.
- Analyze risks, write complex reports and test cases, and recommend solutions.
- Oversee action plans and guide coordinated work across stakeholders.
- Serve as a systems specialist for the unit, clients, and practitioners.
What you bring
- Bachelor's degree in a related field; other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered.
- At least six years of relevant experience.
- Advanced proficiency in spoken and written French.
- Extensive, in-depth knowledge of the relevant line of work.
