Position details

Revenue management duties

• Assist with rooms inventory management to maximize cluster rooms revenue and maintain accurate reservation system information.
• Support reservation-system automation and prepare competitive analysis for market sales strategy meetings.
• Assist with room authorizations, rates, restrictions, and communication of pricing strategy to properties.
• Complete month-end revenue management reporting and auditing and provide information for forecasting and targeting need areas.
• Generate, process, and update property and market reports and support the team's reporting and analytical needs.
• Maintain systems by inputting rate hurdles, monitoring forecast demand, updating group forecasts, and running daily checks.
• Assist with training associates on revenue management tools and implementing hotel sales strategies in reservation and inventory systems.

Preferred qualifications and experience

• A high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent is listed as preferred.
• At least one year of related work experience is listed as preferred.
• The posting indicates no supervisory experience and no license or certification.
