Role Overview
The Real Assets and Private Investment Operations team supports global private-market strategy across Private Equity, Infrastructure, Sustainable Energies, and other private asset classes.
The team supports investment execution, servicing, accounting, and reporting through governance, controls, operational excellence, and process innovation.
The role offers exposure to private markets and collaboration with internal investment teams and external asset managers.

The Real Assets and Private Investment Operations team supports global private-market strategy across Private Equity, Infrastructure, Sustainable Energies, and other private asset classes.

The role offers exposure to private markets and collaboration with internal investment teams and external asset managers.
Accountabilities
- Input trade tickets and accounting entries accurately, confirming transaction amounts, documentation, and authorizations for investment closings.
- Support complex transaction processing and assess accounting, reporting, and performance implications.
- Prepare portfolio holdings and P&L reports and reconciliations, identify issues, support corrective action, and escalate irregular activity.
- Support quarterly valuation reviews and accurately record valuation adjustments.
- Maintain agreements and process documentation, monitor reporting requirements, and resolve discrepancies.
- Build relationships with investment teams and asset managers to support issue resolution, controls, and reporting.
- Identify process efficiencies and prioritize work to meet deadlines.
What you bring
- Undergraduate degree in Finance, Commerce, Economics, or a related discipline.
- One to three years of relevant work experience.
- Strong analytical, financial, and management accounting skills, with exceptional attention to detail.
- Advanced Excel skills, comfort learning systems, and ability to use AI tools to improve workflows.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate, adapt to changing priorities, and prioritize effectively.
- Interest in pursuing a designation such as CFA or CPA.
