Duties and Responsibilities

  • Drive the PR / PO creation activities (including 1st level support to Requestors and Functional Controlling Team)
  • PR / PO processing in SAP & Ariba, Snow.
  • Vendor integrity screening
  • CARA check
  • Preparation of project agreements
  • Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness.
  • Track & monitor PR / PO approvals
  • Handling General Queries
  • Timely completion of daily productivity.
  • Adherence to process controls and suggestions for improvements.
  • Qualification & Experience
  • Any Graduate / Postgraduate with 2 to 4 years of experience in Procurement and supply chain Management.
  • Hands of experience in SAP & Ariba, S4Hana, Field glass
  • Hands on Experience in PO, PR creation.
  • Good Knowledge in MS Office (Word, Power point, Excel.

Qualifications

  • 2 – 5 Years
  • Location: Trivandrum, Kerala
  • P2P, Procurement, SAP MM OR Ariba
  • Overall Objectives of Job
  • Good understanding of procurement processes such focussing on P2P (Operational Procurement)
  • Hands-on procurement and supply chain Management experience.
  • Hands on experience in Purchase Request Processing, Purchase Order Processing, GR Booking.
  • Support various sourcing activities such as, Vendor screening, Vendor compliance.
  • Working with B2B procurement platforms, preferably SAP MM, Ariba, Snow.
  • Efficient to handle Requestor queries.
  • Proficient in MS office applications at intermediate level
