- Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders.
- Assist in analyzing business processes and identifying improvement opportunities.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and business documentation.
- Support data collection, analysis, and reporting activities.
- Participate in meetings, workshops, and project discussions.
- Assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and process validation.
- Maintain project trackers, process maps, and requirement documents.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
- Fresh graduate or up to 2 years of experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
