Analyst - Business Development

Experience

• Level: 1 to 4 years in sales development (SDR/BDR), ideally in enterprise solutions
• Primary Skills
• Enterprise outbound prospecting
• Discovery and lead qualification
• Booking qualified meetings for Account Executives
• Account-based prospecting and mapping buying committees
• CRM subject area (Salesforce or similar)
• Soft Skills
• Clear written and verbal communication with senior stakeholders
• Resilient, curious and self-motivated
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business or a related field
• It would be excellent if you
• Experience in financial technology, capital markets, treasury, risk management, or enterprise SaaS.
• Familiarity with account-based marketing or selling strategies and sales intelligence platforms.
• Experience using automation or AI-assisted tools to improve research and prospect engagement.
