Opportunity

The Work

• Perform analysis to drive business change.
• Quantify and propose risk-reward trade-offs for recommendations.
• Contribute to strategic and performance analysis supporting business objectives.
• Interpret data using business knowledge and balanced judgment.
• Provide analytical and data support for strategy tests and reviews of current operations.
• Contribute to complex analytics projects requiring technical knowledge.
• Perform ad hoc analysis and provide results and recommendations quickly.

Minimum Qualifications

• At least one year of analytics experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications

• At least one year of analytics experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

Demonstrated Abilities

• Work independently and with direction to meet established deadlines and objectives.
• Apply business acumen and understand financial statements and concepts.
• Work effectively in cross-functional teams.
• Use Excel and/or analysis software at an intermediate level.
• Think critically, ask effective questions, and ensure accurate deliverables.

Compensation

• Base pay range is $65,000 to $115,000 per year.
• This position is eligible for an annual incentive plan.
• Pay may also include role-dependent travel allowances, relocation assistance, signing bonus, or equity.
