Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a position with Amigo Systems LLC, located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
The role involves providing technical support, analyzing complex systems, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring smooth information technology operations.
Effective collaboration and communication with internal teams and clients will be essential to success in this position.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated Analytical Skills for problem-solving and data-driven decision-making
- Proficiency in Troubleshooting and Technical Support to resolve technical issues effectively
- Strong Communication skills to interact with clients and work within a team environment
- Foundational knowledge of Information Technology systems and best practices
- Ability to adapt to new technologies and willingness to continuously enhance technical knowledge
- Prior experience in a technical or IT support role is advantageous
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred
