Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for Amigo Systems LLC, based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
The selected candidate will provide technical support, troubleshoot technical challenges, and analyze systems to identify and resolve inefficiencies.
Additional responsibilities include collaborating with team members to refine current processes and ensuring effective communication with stakeholders to meet business objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong technical support and troubleshooting skills
- Proficiency in analytical thinking and problem-solving
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- A solid foundation in Information Technology concepts and systems
- Team collaboration and adaptability to changing work environments
- Familiarity with the Microsoft ecosystem and its applications is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred
- Relevant certifications in IT or technical support are advantageous
