Amazon Darkstore Supervisor

Key responsibilities
- Supervise daily darkstore operations, including picking, packing, and dispatching online orders.
- Ensure orders are accurate and delivered on time to meet partner SLAs.
- Manage, train, and motivate pickers, packers, and riders.
- Monitor inventory, arrange replenishment, and reduce wastage or shrinkage.
- Check product quality, cleanliness, and storage conditions daily.
- Prepare and review operational reports and maintain safety and company-policy compliance.
- Hold daily calls with Amazon to review performance.
- Resolve delayed or incorrect order escalations with customer service or vendor partners.
- Optimize store layout and processes for efficiency and accuracy.
- Manage shift schedules, attendance, and team performance evaluations.
- Support new operational procedures and system updates.
Qualifications and skills
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in logistics, supply chain, or retail operations.
- At least 2–3 years of warehouse, fulfillment, or retail supervision experience.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills; excellent communication and team management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and warehouse or order management systems.
- Ability to work in fast-paced, high-volume environments with flexible shifts.
Preferred experience
Three years of warehousing experience is preferred.
Two years of logistics operations experience is preferred.
Three years of darkstore operations experience is preferred.
Performance indicators
Order accuracy and delivery time; inventory accuracy and stock availability; staff productivity and attendance.
Compliance with safety and operational standards; customer satisfaction rate.
Pay
- AED 5,200 per month.
