Role overview

Requirements

• At least five years of aluminium fabrication experience in the UAE.
• Knowledge of UAE aluminium systems, profiles, and fabrication practices.
• Ability to read fabrication drawings, take accurate measurements, and use fabrication machinery and hand tools.
• Knowledge of aluminium doors, windows, partitions, and curtain wall systems is advantageous.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team; physically fit and committed to quality and safety.

Preferred qualifications

• Previous experience with UAE aluminium fabrication companies or construction projects is preferred.
• Knowledge of Schüco, Technal, Reynaers, or other aluminium systems is advantageous.
• Immediate availability is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret technical and fabrication drawings and measurements.
• Fabricate aluminium doors, windows, frames, partitions, and other products; cut, drill, machine, assemble, and finish profiles to specifications.
• Operate fabrication machines, routers, and tools; ensure accurate measurements, alignment, and quality finishing.
• Install aluminium frames, doors, windows, and related components when required.
• Work with profiles, glass, gaskets, accessories, and hardware; follow project specifications, quality standards, and safety procedures.
• Coordinate with supervisors, site engineers, and installation teams; maintain tools and equipment and keep the work area organized.

Pay and benefits

• Pay is AED 1,500–3,000 per month, based on experience and skills.
• Accommodation and transportation are provided as per company policy; other benefits are as per UAE Labour Law and company policy.
