About This Role
An All-Rounder is responsible for supporting various functions across the organization, assisting different departments as needed. This role requires adaptability, a proactive attitude, and the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in daily operations across multiple departments
- Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and handling correspondence
- Provide customer service and respond to inquiries
- Support sales, inventory management, or basic accounting tasks (depending on business needs)
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workplace
- Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth workflow
- Handle basic troubleshooting or operational issues
- Take on additional duties as assigned by management
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree is a plus)
- Proven experience in a similar role is preferred but not always required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively
- Basic computer knowledge (e.g., MS Office)
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
