About This Role
Overview
We are looking for reliable delivery drivers who have their **own valid UAE visa** to handle last-mile deliveries efficiently.
The role involves picking up from packages from our warehouse in Mussaffah and delivering them to customers while maintaining high service standards and timely performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Pick up and deliver orders to customers within assigned zones
- Ensure timely delivery while following optimized routes
- Use delivery apps/scanners for tracking and proof of delivery
- Handle cash-on-delivery (COD) transactions when required
- Maintain communication with dispatch team and customers
- Follow UAE traffic laws and safety guidelines
- Maintain cleanliness and basic condition of the vehicle
- Meet daily delivery targets and performance KPIs
Requirements
- Valid Manual (No 3) UAE driving license
- **Own visa (freelance / spouse / family visa)** – mandatory
- Previous experience in delivery/logistics is required
- Good knowledge of Abu Dhabi roads and locations
- Familiarity with navigation apps like Google Maps or Waze
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
- Physically fit and able to handle multiple deliveries per shift
Preferred Experience
- Experience working with e-commerce or delivery companies like **Amazon, Noon, or Carrefour.**
- High-volume delivery experience (100+ orders per day)
- Strong customer service skills
- Application training will be provided
Compensation Structure (Typical in UAE)
- Per delivery payment after certain number of delivery fulfilment
- Weekly or monthly payouts
- Attractive incentives offered.
- Fine and damages covered by driver
- Van and Fuel and Sim provided by company
Key Skills
- Time management and route planning
- Reliability and punctuality
- Basic communication (English, Hindi and Arabic are a plus)
- Customer service orientation
- Excellent knowledge in roads in Abu Dhabi.
- Prior delivery experience in UAE is a must.
Work Location: In person
Pay: AED2,800.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
