All rounder beautician
About This Role
Urgently required a female All-Rounder to lead daily operations of Highbrow Beauty Lounge.
Job Title: All-Round Beautician
To deliver a full range of beauty services to female clients including hair care, skincare, waxing, Gel manicure/ Pedicure, and basic massages, while ensuring hygiene, customer satisfaction, and consistency in service quality.
Key Responsibilities:
Hair Services
- Professional Keratin, Protein etc Treatment
- Blow-drying, ironing, curling, and basic styling
- Hair oil massage, hair wash, and hair spa treatments
- Basic hair coloring and root touch-up (optional if trained)
Skin Care
- Basic and advanced facials (clean-ups, fruit facial, glow facial, etc.)
- Bleaching and de-tanning treatments
- Face massage and skin polishing
Waxing & Threading
- Full body waxing including arms, legs, underarms, and bikini waxing.
- Facial waxing and threading (eyebrows, upper lips, forehead, etc.)
Nail Care
- Gellish manicure and pedicure
- Polish application (normal & French)
- Cuticle trimming, shaping, and foot scrubs
- Gel polish
Body Relaxation (Basic)
- Foot massage or back massage
- Head oil massage
- Full body massage
Support Duties
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of work area and tools
- Sterilize equipment after every use
- Prepare treatment areas before and after each appointment
- Help with product stocking and towel/laundry rotation
Required Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a beautician in a salon in UAE
- Skilled in waxing, threading, facials, manicure, and pedicure
- Knowledge of hygiene standards and salon practices
- Good customer service and communication skills
- Polite, professional, and presentable
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: From AED3,200.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dubai Silicon Oasis: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
