About This Role
Language Preferred: Nepalese & Hindi
We are looking for a skilled and friendly All-Rounder Beautician to join our women’s salon team.
The ideal candidate should be experienced in nails, hair services, waxing, facials, and lash/brow treatments, with a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform manicure, pedicure, gel polish, nail extensions, and basic nail art.
- Provide hair washing, blow-dry, basic styling, and assist with treatments.
- Carry out body and facial waxing following hygiene standards.
- Perform facials, clean-ups, and basic skincare treatments.
- Provide eyelash extensions/lift, eyebrow shaping, and threading.
- Consult with clients to understand their needs and recommend services.
- Maintain cleanliness, sterilization, and organization of workstations.
- Promote salon services, packages, and retail products.
- Ensure a positive client experience and handle feedback professionally.
- Assist with daily salon operations and teamwork.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a beautician or beauty therapist.
- Knowledge of multiple salon services (nails, hair, waxing, facials, lashes).
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to maintain high hygiene and safety standards.
- Relevant certification or training preferred.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts and weekends.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
