Airside Operative Team Leader

Delivering high performance standards, you will lead a team of Airside Operatives to deliver the highest level of safety, security and performance to the standards set by our customer airlines. You will also be trained to assist in other aircraft turnaround procedures such as baggage handling and de-icing according to our business needs.

What you will be doing

Assisting the Duty Management Team in planning and managing the operation, including completion of reports/audits as required.

Deliver a thorough briefing to your Team prior to the arrival of aircraft.

Lead your Team in all aspects of an aircraft turnaround ensuring established safe working practices are followed and taking responsibility for the turnaround area including ensuring equipment is parked in the correct place.

Liaise with relevant internal and airline key contacts during the turnround of the aircraft and completion of any necessary paperwork in accordance with company, airline and legal requirements.

Any aircraft de-icing duties as requested. Safe operation of equipment and vehicles necessary to complete your work and all duties of an Airside Operative when required.

What we are looking for

Minimum 1 years Ramp Agent experience

Good verbal communication

A full 5 year work/unemployment/education history

Proof of Right To Work in the UK, and Full and valid UK Driving Licence

Criminal Record Check and Airside Security Clearance (we will assist in this process)
