- This three-to-four-year development programme will provide you with the skills needed for a supervisory role in airport operations.
- You ll gain experience across key operational areas, ensuring seamless guest experiences and smooth airport operations.
- What you ll achieve
- Real-world experience in guest handling, check-in, boarding, transfer desk and arrivals
- Safety and compliance training meeting global industry standards
- A 12-to-24-month international assignment as an Airport Operations Supervisor in a training capacity
- A clear career path to becoming an Airport Duty Supervisor in one of our stations in the global network abroad
Accountabilities
- Oversee guest handling across airport touch-points, ensuring top-tier service and compliance with safety, security, and brand standards.
- Meet KPIs, ancillary revenue, and customer service targets.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for smooth operations, briefings, and updates.
- Manage flight editing and special guest requirements (VIP, PRM and special categories).
- Liaise with control teams to handle disruptions, emergencies, and service recovery.
- Identify and report safety and security risks, escalating significant issues as needed.
