About This Role
Overview
We make brand videos for companies like SAP, Lenovo, and Sabre.
But we do it differently.
Our entire production pipeline runs on AI.
We route different shots to different models.
We build avatars with HeyGen.
We clone voices with ElevenLabs.
We generate hero content with Veo 3.1 and spin up high volume variations with Kling 3.0.
And we are just getting started.
We are looking for someone who wants to make AI video their craft.
Not as a side experiment.
As the main thing.
What you will do
- Produce finished video content for enterprise clients using our AI production pipeline
- Work across multiple AI video generation models and know when to use which one for the best result
- Build and manage AI avatar characters and custom voices for client video series
- Turn client briefs and production scripts into polished video deliverables
- Experiment with new tools and models as they launch (this space moves fast and we move with it)
- Help close the gap between generation and editing by exploring tools like Mosaic and Remotion
- Collaborate directly with the Head of Production on client projects and delivery timelines
- What we are looking for:
- You have already made things with AI video tools. Higgsfield, elevenflow, invideo, openart or anything similar. Show us what you have made.
- You understand prompting. You know how to get a model to do what you want and you enjoy the process of figuring it out.
- You have a visual eye. AI generates the raw material but someone still needs to direct it toward a beautiful, intentional result.
- You are comfortable working with enterprise clients. The work is creative but the context is professional.
- You are organized. We produce at volume. You need to manage multiple projects without things falling through.
- You are curious and self driven. No one is going to hand you a playbook for this job. The playbook does not exist yet. You will help write it.
- Nice to have:
- Experience with ElevenLabs for voice synthesis or voice cloning
- Familiarity with n8n, automation tools, or programmatic video (Remotion)
- A portfolio or social feed showing AI generated video work you have done on your own
