AI & Tech Product Manager

What You’ll Be Doing

• Define and drive the overall product vision, strategy, and roadmap across marketplace features, AI-powered tools, onboarding experiences, and user dashboards
• Lead end-to-end product development from discovery and planning through launch, iteration, and optimization
• Translate business goals into clear product requirements, user stories, and functional specifications
• Partner closely with engineering, design, AI/research, marketing, and operations teams to ensure smooth delivery and execution
• Conduct user research and analyze behavioral data to understand user needs, pain points, and engagement patterns
• Track and optimize key product metrics including acquisition, activation, retention, engagement, and monetization
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog in a fast-moving startup environment
• Stay informed on trends within AI, marketplace platforms, creator ecosystems, and digital products across international markets
• Contribute to growth and monetization strategies across Freemium and Enterprise offerings

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of Product Management experience, ideally within marketplace or platform-based products
• Strong exposure to AI-driven products, features, or workflows with a solid understanding of AI/ML concepts
• Proven experience managing the full product lifecycle in agile environments
• Strong analytical thinking with the ability to make data-informed product decisions
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical teams
• Ability to work cross-functionally and influence teams in a collaborative environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Data Science, or a related field
• Nice to Have
• Experience within creator economy, influencer marketing, social platforms, or digital communities
• Exposure to Freemium models and B2B SaaS environments
• Experience scaling products internationally, particularly across MENA or US markets
• Startup experience in early-stage or high-growth environments
• MBA or Master’s degree in a related discipline
