AI Strategy & Solution Architect

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership, shape deals and propositions, drive architectural decisions, create roadmaps, and produce design artifacts.
• Support Azure migration and apply cloud architectural patterns and migration strategies.
• Create solution designs, estimates, pricing models, and contractual details for client proposals.
• Support origination, deal qualification, Deal Reviews, client presentations, oral presentations, and negotiations.
• Identify and mitigate technical and delivery risks while ensuring commercial viability.
• Translate complex technical solutions into business outcomes for executive, customer, sales, and technical audiences.
• Coach and mentor technical teams and support the AI and Data community.

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in Azure AI Services, including Azure Machine Learning, Azure Cognitive Services, Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Search, and Azure Bot Services.
• Strong knowledge of machine learning, LLMs, generative AI, foundation models, prompt engineering, and model fine-tuning.
• Hands-on experience with Azure AI Foundry, including application development, evaluation, orchestration, governance, and deployment.
• Experience designing generative AI and agentic AI solutions, including AI agents, multi-agent systems, autonomous workflows, and copilots.
• Experience with RAG, vector databases, semantic search, knowledge grounding, and enterprise AI patterns.
• Experience with orchestration technologies such as Semantic Kernel, LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, or Copilot Studio.
• Strong working knowledge of Python; experience with .NET, C#, or R is beneficial.

Experience and Qualifications

• Experience integrating AI solutions with enterprise applications, APIs, business processes, Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, and Azure data platforms.
• Experience creating technical visions, architectures, AI roadmaps, and transformation strategies with stakeholders.
• Experience delivering large-scale enterprise AI, generative AI, agentic AI, and Azure AI Foundry solutions.
• Strong understanding of secure, scalable, reliable, performant, and maintainable architecture principles.
• Understanding of Responsible AI, governance, compliance, security, model monitoring, and enterprise AI risk management.
• Success in consultative technical sales, complex architecture, design, implementation, and support of distributed enterprise applications.
• Experience with large enterprise customers and cloud-based Data and AI solutions.
• Experience leading enterprise-scale cloud transformation programs involving Azure, data platforms, AI platforms, Databricks, and Microsoft Fabric.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, executive engagement, and distributed-team leadership skills.
